Andrew is an Analyst at Eolas Capital,supporting the firm’s business development and distribution efforts on behalfof its Partner Managers. In this role, he provides analytical, operational, andstrategic support to the sales and consultant relations team, withresponsibilities spanning competitive analysis, investor research, CRMmanagement, and marketing initiatives. Andrew works across the full salespipeline, helping the team identify opportunities and engage with institutionalinvestors.

Prior to joining Eolas, Andrew served as aPrivate Markets Performance Analyst at NEPC, LLC, one of the nation’s leadinginvestment consulting firms, where he gained hands-on experience analyzingprivate markets portfolios on behalf of institutional clients. Earlier, hecompleted an investment banking internship with TAG Financial InstitutionsGroup in New York, where he developed experience in financial analysis andvaluation within the financial services sector.

Andrew graduated Cum Laude from St. LawrenceUniversity with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Business. During his time atSt. Lawrence, he was a member of the Varsity Golf Team and was activelyinvolved in the Federal Reserve Challenge. He also completed the Tuck BusinessBridge Program at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, where he participated incoursework spanning financial modeling, accounting, strategy, and leadership.Andrew is a recipient of the Francis Ouimet Scholarship.
